Really good Hotel Stay!
clean roomfriendly staff
I was super impressed with the cleanliness and daily servicing of the room. It was super clean every single day. The staff acted friendly and helpful. I was also glad to see the ample parking space, so parking was simple. I found much grass outside. That was very useful when you want to walk the dog.

The hotel has a convenient location. This is close to key attractions. The hotel is also easy to find directly from the motorway. I found it very convenient to travel to nearby places, really nice.

The staff members are very polite. This creates a cute atmosphere. The two ladies waited on our table. Their service was nice. Staff quickly replenished empty bowls. That was really helpful and cool.

The room has great comfort and functional design, and it was amazing. It included modern amenities. The bed was also comfy. The room had temperature control. That really helped me to have a more enjoyable stay.

The tv was advertised as smart but did not work. staff were not helpful when i enquired about it. someone walked into our room two nights in a row. the room lacked upkeep. It needed paint and attention.

My room was a Classic Double Room, very clean, and rather spacious. The breakfast buffet included bacon and sausages. I especially enjoyed the juice options. There were some lovely choices!
Upon arrival, the car park had signs indicating paid parking. A rate of £10 for 24 hours seemed fair. Though! it turned out to be free. The rooms lack a bar fridge. This would have been useful, especially for longer stays.

i initially visited to inquire about gym membership and enjoyed a drink at the bar with my family. arron provided excellent service. he also offered information about the tea selections. the hotel has a lovely atmosphere alongside excellent service. the free parking is convenient after registering your license plate at the front desk.
